Podlubny's passion for documentary photography and for growth of one self and our society leads him to see, not the persception of what is there, but an observation. Fees:	Day rates appliciple here, I'm no nonsense charge kinda guy. Just like to work,and spend as much time documenting as possible. If the story requires lots of time things can be negotiated.
